Extreme Edge Panmure is the perfect indoor playground to host your next group activity. From birthday parties, school trips and scout groups, to corporate business events and teambuilding… we’ve got you covered.
We offer tailored activity packages to suit your needs, and discounts to suit your budget. Our parties are open to all skill levels. No experience necessary!
Please note at time of booking a 50% deposit needs to be paid, with the remainder being paid as one sum at the end of your booking.

Birthday parties at Climbzone are such a hit that we get kids return year-after-year!
We’ve got something to keep everyone happy… whether it’s scaling our colourful ClimbZone walls to exploring the wonders of our Adventureland playground. Separate birthday areas provide large tables and seating for your kids and their treats, cakes and presents. Plus, our friendly staff are here to make sure your next party is stress-free!
We offer a discount for birthday bookings. This brings the price down to:
Preschooler (0-5yrs) + harness | $18 | |
Child (6-15yrs) + harness | $22 | |
Adults (16+ yrs) + harness | $28 | |

Standard party areas require a minimum of 10 climbers, while our large party area requires a minimum of 16 climbers. Our standard party areas seat 16 people and cost $35 to hire, while our large party area seats 16-26 at a cost of $65.
Party area bookings are for a period of two hours, while participants may climb as long as they like.
During your booked time the party area is yours to prepare as you’d like. Feel free to bring your own food, or take advantage of the Sal’s Pizza deal we have organised with our local branch.
We do ask that you clean up after yourselves,
If the party area is left like a bomb site then there is a $30 cleaning fee added to your Booking.
Please do not bring Popcorn, Party Poppers or Balloons with Confetti if you do then the cleaning fee will apply

Climbing at Extreme Edge Panmure is the perfect sport for developing teamwork, confidence and full body strength in a safe and fun environment. Our instructors are familiar with a wide range of NCEA papers, in addition to providing safe technical tuition when needed.
As part of all our bookings, we offer free automatic and top-rope belay lessons. On request, we can add several tailored sessions to match your class goals, such as:

Holiday Programmes
Our colourful ClimbZone area with automatic belays makes the perfect child-friendly activity for Holiday Programmes. Watch the kids’ faces light up as they conquer their fears and master our themed climbing walls!
Our latest climbing innovation catering for younger visitors is Adventureland. A wondrous, pirate-themed play zone packed with colourful climbing walls, a mystical pirate ship, swing bridges and giant slides.
We offer special discounts to Holiday Progammes, providing combined entry to both CLIMBZONE and ADVENTURELAND:

Our staff will provide everything – you don’t need any special gear or experience. For weekday events, one of our large hire rooms will be provided for free for kids and supervisors to eat and rest between climbs!
Groups can organise their own catering or bring packed lunches. Drinks and snacks are available from our main counter.
For every booking we offer:
• Unlimited climbing… all passes last the entire day!
• Full equipment instruction
• Lessons for non-automatic walls
